RETURN | REFUND POLICY
If for any reason, you're not in love with your RE.BIN purchase, return it no-questions-asked within 30-days of receipt for a $6 return shipping fee. To complete your return, simply write to email@example.com and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Once received back at our warehouse, we'll process your return for the purchase amount minus the $6 return fee and any original cost of shipping. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to post to your account.

We recommend you retain a copy of your return label and tracking number. We are not responsible for any items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT?
To return a gift that was purchased and shipped directly from our website, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to issue you an E-GIFT card for the value of your returned items minus the $6 return label fee.
E-GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
We do not accept returns on E-GIft Cards, but will gladly re-send the original card to the purchaser or recipient's email address upon request. Once a gift card has been redeemed, please note that we cannot issue a replacement card even if the original card was lost of stolen. For assistance with e-gift cards, please email email@example.com.
